Of course, there is no need to stack the tabs, tiling is sufficient, but stacking them makes it easier to move or close the pair together.

@legobuilder26 While it’s a bit complicated, especially implementing the first idea, this can be done with custom modding, especially the settings indicator button. Settings can be observed and the button could simply be there, albeit with a display: none and then toggle it on when the setting is on. Just find out which keys those clickers are sending and map those to next/previous tab commands. I suspect they are PgUp/PgDown keys, but check for particular clicker.

@guodongan Use the shortcuts to unstack tabs, then stack tabs.

I use Shift+U to Unstack Tabs I use U to Stack Tabs

Shift U, U will then collapse and expanded tab stack.

One could combine them in a Command Chain. I assigned Ctrl+Shift+U to execute the Command Chain.

@Pesala I heard that newer microsoft precision trackpad support these type of things but mine do not. Autohide the entire UI (and maybe go fullscreen) also seems great option to get the minimalistic UI which I am after.
